Vita Vite is an art gallery and a wine bar. But it is an experience too. The 2nd Vita Vite location opens today, 1pm. Hopefully you’ve caught my Insta Stories or posts on Instagram & Twitter about this a few weeks ago when I attended the preview. The actual opening date was up in the air back then and just announced very recently, but alas, the day has arrived!

I highly recommend a visit if you like great wine, delicious small plates, beautiful art, and an elegant setting. The perks of this place as if what I just listed isn’t perk enough... CHEERS! But seriously, what’s nice is you can drop in for a quick stop or make a night of it and you really don’t have to commit from the beginning. Much like a brewery, you stop in for 1 beer but then decide, hey they have a great food truck here tonight so I’ll eat here too. And maybe they have a fun event that starts after you’ve arrived. Pleasant surprises are always welcome.
If you’ve been to Vita Vite’s original location which is in downtown Raleigh, then you can expect the same at this midtown location. However, this new location is much bigger. It has 2 floors with a bar on each floor. The decor & seating is just as beautiful but since this place is bigger, there are more hideaway spots. Perfect for date nights or any occasion where a little privacy is needed for conversations you really don’t care to have overheard but others.
Consider this for girls nights out too, or meeting colleagues for drinks after work, and even your family. Great place to bring them after dinner for a bottle of red or a bottle of white, & stroll around the place admiring the art.
Ahh... the art... let me talk about the art for a minute. Gorgeous works by notable local artists Jennifer Flannigan, Caroline Boykin, among others can be seen here. Check out some of the beauties below that are currently on display.
